Summary of Guarantee: HyPriv does NOT collect, store, transmit, analyze, or share any personal data, vCards, phonebook contacts, contact photos, Wi-Fi credentials, UPI payment details, or URLs. All QR code calculations and image generations run 100% locally on your device within your browser or mobile app WebView.

1. Local Client-Side Execution Only

Unlike conventional online QR generators that send your payload strings, phone numbers, or uploaded company logos to remote servers, HyPriv is engineered as a standalone, client-side local engine. When you type contact details or upload an avatar image, the QR code matrix rendering and canvas composition occur entirely inside your browser's memory using JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas.

2. No Data Collection & No Data Sharing

We explicitly affirm and guarantee that:

  • No Contact Information Stored: Names, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses, and websites entered into the Contact (vCard) generator are never recorded, logged, or sent over any network.
  • No Photo / Image Uploads to Cloud: When you select a photo or logo to crop and embed, the image data URL is processed locally on your hardware. It is never uploaded to any remote server or third-party storage.
  • No Wi-Fi Credentials Recorded: Network SSIDs and passwords entered to generate Wi-Fi QR codes remain strictly on your client screen and are instantly encoded into standard Wi-Fi URI syntax locally.
  • No UPI or Financial Tracking: UPI IDs, merchant names, and transaction amounts are not tracked, logged, or associated with any user identity.
  • Zero Data Selling: We have no database of generated QR payloads and will never sell, rent, or distribute any user content.

3. Local Storage (Browser Cache)

To provide a seamless workflow when you design QR codes, our application offers an optional feature to remember your cropped logo or avatar on your device. This data is saved solely in your browser's local sandbox (localStorage) on your own device:

  • This local cache never leaves your machine.
  • You can permanently clear cached logos or photos at any moment by clicking the "Clear" button in the generator interface or by clearing your browser cache.

4. Mobile App & Android WebView Integration

If you embed this software within an Android Application WebView or hybrid container (such as React Native, Flutter, Cordova, or native Java/Kotlin Android WebView):

  • All generation remains offline-capable and isolated to the local WebView runtime.
  • File downloads and WhatsApp sharing leverage standard Android intents and native bridge interfaces without requiring external telemetry or tracking permissions.

5. Cookies and Third-Party Analytics

HyPriv QR Generator does not deploy advertising tracking cookies, fingerprinting scripts, cross-site trackers, or third-party tracking beacons. The tool is designed to provide high-utility enterprise privacy with maximum performance and compliance.

6. Compliance with Global Privacy Regulations

Because HyPriv does not collect, store, or process personal data on any server, our application inherently adheres to the core data minimization and privacy-by-design principles under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).
